When dealing with your insurance broker are you feeling like a small fish in a very big pond? I was until, years ago, we switched to FosterThomas. We are a ‘small fish’, only 36 employees, but I never feel like I am ignored or taken for granted when dealing with the folks at FosterThomas. As a one person Human Resources Department I need all the support I can get. FosterThomas functions like an addition to my ‘Department’.
