The EEO-1 reporting for 2022 data is tentatively scheduled to open in mid-July 2023. In recent years, the deadline for data collection has varied. The EEO-1 report is a mandatory annual data collection that requires all private employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees to file the EEO-1 report each year. The report summarizes employee headcount by sex, race/ethnicity, and job category.
