Shawn has been a part of FosterThomas’ global ADP Lyric implementation team for two years helping clients navigate complex payroll and workforce transformations with clarity, care, and confidence. With a deep focus on payroll strategy and execution, Shawn specializes in data mapping, validation and testing, ensuring both people and technology move forward together.

Prior to joining FosterThomas, he worked for ADP for over 30 years in various workforce segments including implementation, client services and management.

When he’s not managing payroll challenges, Shawn enjoys spending time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and 4 dogs and exploring local microbreweries.
