FosterThomas is an Annapolis based Human Resources Consulting and Staffing Firm. We have a client in Catonsville with multiple locations throughout the Baltimore area who is in need immediately of an experienced HR professional with strong compensation background. This temporary project is tasked with evaluating the job descriptions, benchmarking with salary data, and comparing with other internal positions and classify / justify each salary. This is a challenging and high intensity project.
The duration of this project is set to be completed by the end of August but may have additional needs thereafter.
Requirements
Bachelors degree and 5+ years HR experience including 2+ years working with compensation.
The ability to work as part of a team as well as complete individual projects.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with large amounts of data are key.
Reliable transportation as the organization has multiple sites in the Greater Baltimore Metro area and may require the ability to be a different locals.

- Under the direction of the Executive Director of Operations administers/interpret school policies and employment law compliance.

- Communicates regularly with Supervisor about Department issues.

- Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee benefits.

Requirements
